1. How long does shipping take?

- International: 14-31 business days
Processing times vary, but we’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
2. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll upload your tracking information and send you an email with the details. You can check your order’s status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
3. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your LuxeCurated purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for more details.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Oops! We’re so sorry for the mix-up. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP!
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times range from 14 to 31 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs processing times may vary.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We try to process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to modify it.

Some items, such as personalized products, final sale items, and hygiene-sensitive goods, are non-returnable.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and we may not be able to cancel it.
